Job summary

Universal Orlando seeks a Pricing Experimentation & Business Intelligence Intern to support the Global Revenue Science team. You will engage in pricing experiments, reporting, dashboards, and business analysis to build practical analytical skills while collaborating with Revenue Management, Data Science, Product, and Technology.

This paid internship based in Orlando requires pursuing a degree and graduating after August 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree with junior status or above.
• Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8; transcript required upon application.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; foundational Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of pricing experiments.
• Validate experiment configurations and review data for test integrity.
• Analyze results for revenue, volume, price, mix, and conversion changes.
• Produce dashboards and recurring reports for Pricing and Revenue Science stakeholders.
• Organize data from multiple sources using Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar tools.
• Translate analyses into concise insights and actionable recommendations.
