Universal Orlando is seeking an intern for the Pricing Experimentation & Business Intelligence team in Orlando. The role focuses on pricing experiments, data analysis, and dashboard development to support revenue strategy and product decisions.

Qualifications

• In pursuit of a Bachelor or Graduate degree with Junior class standing or above.
• Minimum GPA 2.8; transcript required at application.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Foundational proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and collaborate in a team.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of pricing experiments.
• Validate experiment configurations and review data for test integrity.
• Analyze results for revenue, sales, price, and product mix trends.
• Perform ad hoc analyses on pricing performance and customer behavior.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders.
• Review outputs for accuracy and investigate data-quality issues.
• Use Excel, SQL, Power BI, and similar tools to organize data across sources.
• Translate findings into concise insights and business implications.
• Prepare presentations and summaries for team members and leadership.
• Document methodologies, reporting processes, and project learnings.
• Participate in meetings and cross-functional sessions to support decisions.
• Complete an internship project related to pricing or BI and present results.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety policies; participate in team activities.
