Qualifications

• BA/BS in a field relevant to the role.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, conditional formulas, XLOOKUPs, and charts/graphs.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead calls or meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
• Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collect, format, and analyze complex data sets from multiple platforms and output formats.
• Create presentations by identifying and consolidating data into a clear financial analysis/value story.
• Become the subject matter expert for assigned categories and support the sales team with contract and analysis specifics.
• Create ad hoc analyses and reports as needed.
• Prioritize, support, and maintain deliverables (assessments, reporting, etc.).
• Identify and report data quality issues related to data integrity and completeness.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, escalations, and issues proactively.
• Make decisions and solve problems in ambiguous situations.
• Help build and refine a data-driven organization.
