As a pricing analyst on the Recreational Lines team, you'll assess rate adequacy and provide pricing recommendations. In this role, you’ll implement our pricing model across our portfolio of products, including Boat, Motorcycle, and Recreational Vehicle. Additionally, you’ll support processes to forecast accurately and set our rates.

Remote work allowed.

Must-have Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Strong aptitude in analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel including v-look-up, pivot tables, charts, and graphs
• Advanced coding skills (PowerPivot, VBA, SAS, SQL, R) and familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience interpreting complex data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Familiar with statistical simulation methods, such as Bootstrapping, and data querying, cleaning, and manipulating techniques, including text parsing/mining.
  
  

Compensation

• $72,100 - $116,300 per year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
