Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Pricing Analyst to protect client relationships by addressing billing concerns and structuring concessions when appropriate. The role collaborates with Client Success and Support teams to uncover underlying issues, maintain detailed case logs, and escalate patterns for proactive resolution in a fast-paced, SaaS
Clearwater Analytics is the leading provider of web-based investment portfolio accounting, reporting, and reconciliation services for institutional investors at thousands of organizations. Clearwater aggregates, reconciles, and reports on more than $5.5 trillion in assets across thousands of accounts daily. Our clients include corporate treasuries, insurance companies, investment managers, banks, governments, and other institutional investors both in the United States and worldwide. With global headquarters in Boise, Idaho, and offices in Edinburgh, London, New Delhi, New York, and Singapore, Clearwater sets the new global standard for investment portfolio reporting.
Clearwater Analytics partners with the world's most sophisticated institutional investors — asset managers, insurers, and institutional accounts — and this is a highly visible role on the Corporate Pricing team, created to keep pace with our growth. Protecting those relationships means staying ahead of billing concerns before they become bigger issues, not just responding after a client raises one. As Pricing Analyst, you'll help identify and resolve client concerns about their bill — whether a client raises a service issue, disputes an invoice, or pushes back on cost, or whether you spot a pattern that's likely to become a concern before it's raised. You'll investigate what actually happened by reviewing the contract, billing history, and account records, build a clear, well-documented case, and bring a recommendation forward for approval — the quality of your research and judgment is what that decision gets built on.
Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location. Benefits include health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Clearwater Analytics is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status, age or any other federally protected class.
