Job summary

People, Technology and Processes, LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join the finance team. You will support proposal cost volumes, cost estimation, and other financial operations, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include developing and reviewing cost proposals, ensuring FAR/TINA compliance, coordinating with program teams, and presenting estimates to management and government auditors. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 1+ year.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develops, analyzes, evaluates, coordinates, prepares, and supports cost proposals to government and commercial customers.
• Review RFPs and proposal documents for compliance to customer specifications and company policy.
• Ensure estimating system compliance and interpret RFP requirements.
• Interact with personnel and management at all levels daily.
• Provide reviews of all estimates prior to senior management review.
• Prepare and present costs estimates to management and government audit agencies.
• Adhere to FAR, TINA, and company policies for cost proposal preparation and negotiations.
• Support audit requests, fact-finding, and program budget baseline processes.
