Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support price maintenance, customer analysis, and quoting smaller/transactional business opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Price Coordinators, and Customer Care to validate pricing and streamline pricing reviews to improve the customer experience and earnings.

The role focuses on developing acceptable price levels for end users, working within pricing systems, and contributing to system automation and training for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• BS degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of quoting/cost analysis and/or pricing experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and Access usage; ERP systems experience.
• JD Edwards experience is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or with teams.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Quote smaller/transactional business opportunities.
• Review/Approve/Create/Maintain end user pricing for sales.
• Enter approved pricing into pricing systems.
• Lead daily/weekly calls with Sales, Pricing Coordinators, and Customer Care.
• Establish traceability for each customer’s pricing.
• Communicate price changes in JD Edwards and other pricing software.
• Troubleshoot pricing entry issues with Customer Care and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop/improve process flows and documents for product lines.
• Support system automation initiatives and training.
