The selected candidate will help assess product pricing, discounts, rebates, and pricing exceptions while developing reports that measure pricing effectiveness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Irvine, California.
• General understanding of manufacturing processes, practices, and cost accounting.
• Ability to protect confidential pricing and business information.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze customer value, competitive market conditions, and company costs to support pricing recommendations.
• Assist with product market analysis to determine pricing floors and ceilings.
• Evaluate relationships among pricing, sales, cost, competition, distribution, and market segmentation.
• Recommend pricing adjustments based on analytical findings.
• Support corporate strategic pricing initiatives across the division.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve pricing systems, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement methods to reduce waste and improve internal processes.
• Establish feedback methods to evaluate and strengthen pricing models.
• Implement pricing tools for product managers and field sales teams.
• Assist with establishing list prices, standard discounts, and rebates.
• Support the restructuring, updating, communication, and publication of price increases.
• Analyze pricing exceptions and recommend guidelines, approval authority levels, and consistent procedures.
• Prepare management reports that support responses to changing economic and market conditions.
• Monitor and report on pricing effectiveness.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer and company pricing information.
