Pricing Analyst/Manager
The Pricing Analyst/Manager leads the development, analysis, and submission of compliant and competitive pricing strategies and developing pricing proposals for government solicitations. This role requires experience in DoD contracting, cost/pricing data, and collaboration with capture, contracts, operations, and proposal teams.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently. Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and assess impacts across multiple areas. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities; capable of drawing justified conclusions and communicating effectively to management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with mastery of Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, SUMPRODUCT, Nested IF/THEN, Data Validations). Experience developing DoD cost volumes and support audits and negotiations. Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ). Experience with CBA, SCA, and DBA. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with all levels of management, staff, and external stakeholders. Effective oral and technical written communication skills. Ability to learn and apply corporate policies and procedures in alignment with company goals. Experience pricing Base Operations, Facilities Sustainment, and/or Construction is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in pricing, cost estimating, or finance in a government contracting environment (DoD experience required). Extensive experience with DoD requirements, including FAR and DFAR. Strong attention to detail, independent judgment, and leadership skills. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
