Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Economics, Business or Finance.
• 3–5 years pricing analysis experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience in the lighting industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing structures for quotes based on market trends and inventory levels.
• Manage customer pricing in ERP systems (P21).
• Analyze pricing results: trends, turnaround, win ratios and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and provide pricing information.
• Utilize Excel for pricing data; expand to Power BI analytics.
