Trilogy Health Services in Louisville, KY is seeking a Pricing Analyst to drive revenue optimization through pricing strategies and performance analysis across our portfolio.

You will maintain pricing data and systems, prepare revenue trend reports, and provide analytical support to inform pricing decisions aligned with business objectives. Travel is minimal, and a Bachelor Degree plus 3–5 years of experience are required.

• 3–5 years of experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Executes monthly dynamic pricing and annual in-house rate increases per strategy.
• Monitors room rate adjustments and community fees against guardrails; flags variances.
• Prepares RevPOR trend reports and supporting analysis for pricing leadership.
• Tracks and documents the results of pricing changes.
• Maintains pricing platform and assists with enhancements and testing.
• Other duties as assigned.
