Job summary

Bell Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. in Northbrook, IL is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Associate to join our Finance & Accounting team.

You will support administration, maintenance, analysis, and reporting of customer and product pricing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and competitiveness. This role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Technical, and Supply Chain to manage pricing data, implement customer price changes, prepare reports, and resolve pricing issues within Bell’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
• Internship or previous experience in finance, accounting, pricing, or analytics preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems or BI tools is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or flavors/fragrances is preferred but not required.
• Entry-level candidates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer pricing records, pricing agreements, and related information within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP system.
• Support the administration, validation, and implementation of customer price changes and pricing updates.
• Prepare recurring pricing, margin, and sales reports for management and business stakeholders.
• Analyze pricing and customer data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Validate customer, product, and sales data to ensure pricing accuracy and data integrity.
• Respond to customer-specific pricing requests and support pricing-related projects and initiatives.
• Support semi-annual pricing reviews through data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Monitor pricing documentation, customer records, and required approval workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Technical, and Supply Chain teams to investigate and resolve pricing questions and discrepancies.
• Generate and distribute recurring pricing and margin reports.
• Assist with analyzing commodity and raw material cost changes and evaluating their potential impact on product pricing.
• Support data cleansing, validation, and maintenance activities to improve the quality and reliability of pricing information.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, reporting efficiency, and data accuracy.
• Maintain the confidentiality of pricing, customer, financial, and proprietary business information.
• Perform other duties and support special projects as assigned.
