Job summary

PrideGlobal in Indianapolis is seeking a Pricing Analyst to analyze price requests from external customers and support the pricing department to maximize revenue for our residential heating and air conditioning business.

You will work with management, sales, and the pricing team to price quotes based on equipment matchups, competitive data, and market levels, and help administer quotes with a focus on accuracy and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Solves problems using data analysis.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Quickly learns and navigates database systems and protocols.
• Communicates verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company.
• Works independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Critically analyze pricing quote requests.
• Accurately price quotes based on equipment matchups, competitive data, and market pricing levels.
• Administer new quotes and changes to existing quotes.
• Communicate and work closely with management, sales, and the pricing department.
• Support pricing team members as a back-up.
