Do it Best Group in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Pricing Analyst to execute retail and wholesale pricing strategies through data-driven analysis in collaboration with Merchandising. You will ensure pricing is competitive, accurate, and profitable to support sales, margin, and market positioning.

The role requires strong analytical ability, problem solving, and effective cross-functional collaboration, with responsibilities spanning pricing changes, market monitoring, and BI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Merchandising, Pricing, or similar.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Relational Databases (SQL).

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain member cost and suggested retail pricing to support margin and competitiveness.
• Monitor market and competitor pricing to support market-aligned decisions.
• Support line reviews through pricing analysis and execution.
• Respond to member pricing inquiries with timely resolutions.
• Participate in department and team meetings.
• Perform ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting to support decisions.
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
