Do it Best, based in Fort Wayne, IN, seeks a Demand Forecasting Analyst to enhance forecast accuracy and replenishment across the distribution network. You will develop short- and long-term demand forecasts and partner with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Management to meet inventory and service goals.

The role requires strong data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain planning or analytics
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into action
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach and proactive problem solving

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage short- and long-term demand forecasts to optimize inventory levels across Retail Service Centers
• Lead S&OP reviews with Product Management to align forecasts with market trends
• Present S&OP outcomes to Merchandising leadership
• Monitor system alerts and adjust demand and supply planning as needed
• Maintain and manage item master data in JDA / Blue Yonder Demand Planning
• Analyze item-level forecasts across departments and categories
• Provide forecast projections to Merchandise Managers and vendor partners
• Collaborate with Merchandising on new item introductions and launch support
• Identify process improvements to improve forecast accuracy and planning efficiency
