Deschutes Brewery in Bend, Oregon seeks a Pricing Analyst to drive profitability through centralized pricing. You will build data-driven pricing tools, analyze price effectiveness, and collaborate with finance and sales to manage pricing lifecycle onsite at our Bend offices.

Requirements include a BS degree and 5+ years in pricing or related fields, with strong analytical skills and experience in pricing models and data interpretation.

• When required, demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building pricing models and analyzing data at scale.
• Ability to translate data into actionable pricing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-drive pricing tools that focus the portfolio on revenue generating decisions.
• Analyze pricing effectiveness, generate insights around patterns, trends, price/volume tradeoffs, and make recommendations.
• Provide senior management with pricing insights and recommendations for adjustments.
• Manage the promotion review process with stakeholders to design and track promotions.
• Monitor price-volume tradeoffs and support promotion design/refinement.
• Help develop pricing and margin best practices across the Deschutes Brewery footprint.
• Enter and maintain pricing data to ensure pricing accuracy for the sales team.
• Review and reconcile pricing with distributor partners across the footprint.
• Drive accuracy of pricing data by tracking abnormalities in budgeting vs. actuals.
• Manage competitor price data inflows and pricing research.
• Generate and maintain key pricing metrics.
• Follow Deschutes Brewery policies and procedures.
