Job summary

Merit Medical is seeking a Pricing Analyst to drive disciplined pricing execution and analytics across our global business. You will analyze price-volume tradeoffs and recommend actions to optimize margin and revenue, conducting advanced financial and market analyses to identify pricing opportunities.

• The Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in driving disciplined pricing execution and analytics across Merit Medical’s global business.
• Analyze price-volume tradeoffs and recommend actions to optimize margin and revenue.
• Conduct advanced financial, product, and market analysis to identify pricing opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and IT to support the pricing function, analyze pricing performance, and maintain pricing tools and governance structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related analytical role
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect pricing decisions to P&L impact
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Power Query, PivotTables, XLOOKUP, modeling)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., DOMO, Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
