Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, data analytics, or related field.
• 0–4 years of pricing, analytics, or finance experience.
• Proficient in Excel; familiar with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of margin, discounting, price realization, and benchmarking.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical rigor and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of pricing strategy across channels, regions, and products.
• Maintain pricing models and discount structures with guardrails and approval thresholds.
• Maintain pricing master data for data quality and consistency.
• Recommend pricing strategies aligned with market trends.
• Document customer contract terms clearly.
• Support RFP pricing and quoting with templates and inputs.
• Monitor exception activity; raise risks and opportunities.
• Assist price change execution, audits, post-implementation reviews.

TrakMotive is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our team!

The Pricing Analyst will support the development and execution of pricing operations & contract management across customer segments and product categories. This role focuses on artefact documentation, analysis, and execution of pricing initiatives that improve margin, competitiveness, and price discipline. Working closely with the Pricing, Sales, Product, and Finance teams, this individual will translate data into actionable pricing insights, maintain pricing repository and reporting, and ensure accurate, timely pricing decisions across quoting, RFPs, and go-to-market initiatives.

This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with large datasets, building scalable tools, and developing a deep understanding of parts categories, channel economics, and customer behavior to drive measurable financial outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Support execution of pricing strategy across customer channels, regions, and product categories
• Maintain pricing models, and program discount structures with clear guardrails and approval thresholds
• Maintain pricing master data ensuring data quality and consistency

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, data analytics, or related field
• 0-4 years of experience in pricing, analytics, finance, or similar role
• Excel and SQL skills (joins, aggregations, CTEs, Power Query, Power Pivot)
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
• Understanding of pricing concepts: margin, discounting, price realization, and competitive benchmarking
• Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
