• Experience with Aderant, Tableau/Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts and communicate clearly.

This position reports to the Manager of Strategic Pricing. This role is ideal for a data-savvy individual with strong Excel skills, experience working with AI tools, keen attention to detail, and an interest in law firm economics and financial strategy.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** Support the preparation and analysis of pricing proposals and alternative fee arrangements (AFAs) for new business and client retention.* Create matter budgets, pricing models and profitability analyses.* Maintain and update internal pricing databases, rate cards, and other pricing-related materials.* Run and interpret reports from financial systems (e.g., Aderant) and pricing tools (e.g., Iridium and Clocktimizer)* Assist with data visualization, dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.* Support the Firm’s annual rate-setting process and administer billing rates throughout all practice areas.* Develop tools and processes to streamline manual workflows.* Collaborate with others in the Firm on reporting and analysis of pricing and matter budgets while also building strong working relationships with key decision-makers throughout the Firm.**REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic, Business Administration or related field.* 0-2 years of professional experience, ideally in pricing, financial analysis, or in a law firm or professional services environment.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups); PowerPoint and Word.* Experience with financial systems and tools such as Aderant, Tableau/Power BI or similar platforms a plus* Experience with configuring and leveraging AI tools desired* Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.* Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail and organization skills.* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both financial and non-financial audiences.* Genuine interest in legal industry and law firm profitability.* Self-motivated, eager to learn and grow* Strong multitasking abilities while competing deadlines.* Team-oriented with a strong client service mindset.**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*** Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000.
