Molex seeks a Pricing Analyst to build pricing analytics for the Optical Connectivity Group. You will translate market and competitive data into actionable insights and partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Business Development to uncover opportunities and improve profitability.

This onsite role in Lisle, IL focuses on value-based pricing, margin optimization, and performance dashboards that drive strategic pricing initiatives and stronger market positioning.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Analytics, Finance or related discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in product pricing or pricing analysis.
• Experience using data platforms to support decision-making.
• Experience with RFQ-based or complex B2B quoting environments is a plus.

Your Job

Molex is seeking a Pricing Analyst to help establish the analytical foundation of the Optical Connectivity Group's pricing capability. In this role, you will transform commercial, competitive, and market data into actionable pricing insights that improve decision quality, strengthen market positioning, and support profitable growth. You will partner with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Business Development to identify pricing opportunities and build visibility into pricing performance.

This is an onsite role based at our global headquarters in Lisle, IL.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain centralized pricing intelligence assets that support pricing decisions across OCG
• Analyze quote, booking, competitive, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Deliver win/loss, competitive positioning, and market benchmarking insights that support commercial strategy
• Create value quantification frameworks and economic models to support value-based pricing initiatives
• Build and maintain pricing performance dashboards focused on margin, price realization, and profitability

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in product pricing, pricing analysis, or a related analytical role.
• Experience analyzing product-level pricing, costs, margins, and profitability to identify pricing opportunities and support pricing decisions.
• Experience leveraging commercial systems, business applications, or data platforms to support decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Analytics, Business, Finance or related discipline.

What Will Put You Ahead

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience creating value quantification tools used in sales motions.
• Experience in RFQ-based or complex B2B quoting environments for large accounts.
• Experience working in manufacturing companies, preferably in optical connectivity, electronics, or interconnect solutions.
• Experience with visualization tools for creating dashboards and KPIs.

Salary & Compensation

For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000 - $130,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
