Job summary

Cencora in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a Pricing Analyst to manage a portfolio of generic pharmaceutical products and analyze market trends to support formulary pricing strategy. You will conduct margin analyses, assess competitive data, and deliver insights to Senior Leadership across Corporate Partnerships, Strategic Global Sourcing, and Finance.

The role requires a finance-focused background and strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, financial modeling, management reporting, or a related field required.
• Preferred internship or co-op experience in Finance, Business, or Pricing.

Responsibilities

• Conducts in depth analysis on item level pricing for formulary generics contracts.
• Analyzes monthly trends in industry to make recommendations on pricing action at a customer and product level.
• Reports on plan and finance goals as it relates to Cencora formulary generics and assess impact on profitability.
• Conducts and analyzes price comparisons for current customers via standardized reporting tool; ensures accuracy of information being reported.
• Ability to put together presentations utilizing multi-data sources.
• Responsible for generating reports such as month end, ad hoc, rebate, and administration reports; requires the utilization of multiple systems and the consolidation of data from various sources.
• Excellent understanding of the Cencora formulary generics solution and messaging.
• Documents processes and procedures related to primary duties and responsibilities.
• Conducts in depth Leakage Analysis, interpretation, and reporting to customer/chain/channel level.
• The position further supports Finance and Commercial teams through prospective customer evaluations and other strategic pricing analyses that inform growth and customer acquisition opportunities.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
