Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Domain Consultant 2 to drive end-to-end PriceFX implementations for our Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics clients in the Charlotte area. You will analyze business processes, define scope, and translate requirements into technical specs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver configurations and optimizations.

Responsibilities include leading project planning, conducting benchmark analyses, documenting SOPs, and ensuring seamless integration with ERP/CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience with PriceFX and pricing implementations is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align with standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies with stakeholders to benchmark performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams and document configurations and SOPs.
• Conduct in-depth third-party product research and comparative analysis.
• Coordinate implementation and support post-implementation for stability.
