Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or retail management with data-focused responsibilities.
• Five+ years in price, product, or merchandising data management with accuracy and deadlines.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-department initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Pricebook team, promoting collaboration, accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Establish clear expectations, priorities, and performance standards for team members.
• Manage daily workload based on business needs, deadlines, and operational impact.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback, coaching, and development support.
• Maintain master data accuracy for items, pricing, and vendor information.
