We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to joinour team at Roomi Group Corporation.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewproject plans, specifications, and client communication to determineproject scope and requirements.
  
• Utilizeestimating software and tools to create take-offs and proposals based oncompany SOPs and protocols.
  
• Identifypotential risks and challenges that may impact project costs andschedules.
  
• Respondto client requests for breakouts, SOVs, VE’s, pricing adjustments,escalations, and other scenarios.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’sdegree – preferably in construction management, Civil Engineering, or arelated field (or equivalent experience).
  
• 5years verifiable experience as an Estimator and/or reading constructionblueprints on a daily basis.
  
• Verystrong proficiency in reading blueprints.
  
• Verystrong proficiency in using software – estimating software, Excel, Wordand PDF readers.
  
• Detailed,organized, and precise.
  
• Strongverbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for effectivecollaboration with stakeholders.
