Job summary

Campbell Oil Company | BellStores, Inc. is seeking a Price Book Specialist to maintain item data in the Synergy system and support the Price Book Coordinator with accuracy of BellStores pricing, vendor and SKU data.

This role will set up new items, update pricing and monitor promotional pricing for our BellStores Convenience Store portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely pricing across stores. The successful candidate will work closely with store teams, vendors and internal departments to ensure

Qualifications

• Degree in business, accounting or supply chain preferred.
• Three to five years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Any experience with a retail price book is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process EDI files including new items, changed items and price changes through Synergy.
• Prepare pricing downloads.
• Set up of new items in price book for DSD vendors and grocery wholesaler.
• Review the PBPC for discrepancies.
• Maintain all new items, frontline price change and promotional changes.
• Prepare weekly price change notifications from Grocery Wholesaler and send to stores.
• Update Synergy with weekly price changes.
• Update weekly discontinued items.
• Assist with the monthly ad items.
• Review weekly Booking Report, update and forward to stores.
• Continually monitor price book to ensure all information is correct and relevant.
• Investigate scan errors reported by store managers and resolving discrepancies between vendor invoices and system costs.
• Set-up promotional rollouts for soft drinks, alcohol, and grocery items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Daily Supervisor:Price Book Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Price Book Specialist will share responsibility for item maintenance in the Synergy data management system.This position will assist the Price Book Coordinator with the accuracy of the BellStores price book including all product,vendor, and SKU data.The Price Book Specialist will also set up new items, update pricing and monitor promotional pricing for our BellStores Convenience Store portfolio.

Education and Experience:

• Degree in business, accounting or supply chain preferred
