Job summary

Cyber Technology Group is hiring a Prewire Technician to support custom home construction projects in the Scottsdale area. You will install low-voltage wiring for A/V, lighting, security, shading, and smart home systems, following blueprints and wiring plans.

Full-time, W-2 position, Monday–Friday with overtime eligibility. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with room to grow based on experience and performance; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working on construction sites
• Ability to follow directions and read basic plans
• Team player with good communication skills
• Basic tools to get started, comfortable using hand and power tools
• Driver's License and ability to commute to Scottsdale area
• Experience in residential construction preferred

Responsibilities

• Route and pull low-voltage wiring in new builds and remodels
• Follow blueprints and wiring plans, write Daily Progress Updates
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Work with team members to complete projects on time with accuracy
