Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a maintenance mechanic at the Minneapolis facility to perform preventative and predictive maintenance on plant machinery. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems using schematics and drawings, repair equipment and keep accurate parts usage records.

You will work independently and with a team, document daily tasks, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Lifting up to 50 lbs and following safety rules are essential in this hourly role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the position.
• No management experience required; experience with CMMS/HMI and standard office software is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
• Proficiency with CMMS, HMIs and work orders; basic computer skills with MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic systems using schematics and drawings.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors and other equipment.
• Lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment.
• Work independently and with others to complete repairs safely and timely.
• Complete daily paperwork and document parts usage.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• May back up production line tasks when needed.
