Job summary

Danner Corporation is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Assistant Technician to perform regular maintenance on production equipment, machinery and facilities at Plant 1 in Auburn, WA. The role focuses on inspections, basic repairs, and accurate record-keeping to minimize downtime and sustain safe operations.

The technician will drive between plants, operate common hand and power tools, and support safety procedures while maintaining documentation and coordinating with stakeholders to keep

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working on machinery or automotive equipment with basic hand tools.
• Familiarity with multiple skilled trades (electrical, plumbing, machining) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle between plants to perform tasks.
• Inspect industrial equipment for proper operation.
• Clean CNC machines, dust collectors, vents, vacuum pumps and related machinery.
• Change oil, hydraulic fluids, belts, and grease fittings.
• Service, clean, or replace air filters as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment using schematics or manuals.
• Document and report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns.
• Maintain maintenance records and enter data into spreadsheets.
