Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a PM Technician to perform preventive and reactive maintenance on conveyors and related mechanical and electrical systems. The role requires inspecting, testing, and servicing drives, motors, belts, and HVAC components to ensure reliable facility operations.

The position emphasizes hands-on maintenance, responding to spills, and working with a variety of equipment within ATS environments if applicable, with compensation aligned to market pay ranges.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ten-year work history if required for ATS environments (where applicable)

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs
• Ensure repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
• Respond to spills and emergencies, performing required tasks
• Understand drive shafts, bearings, gearing and mechanical belts
• Perform routine maintenance such as inspecting drives, motors, belts, fluids and filters
• Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings and gears per work orders
• Locate problems by observing machinery and using testing instruments
• Assist in emergencies as needed
