The Arc of Somerset County currently seeks a Preventative Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across multiple agency sites in Somerset County, NJ. Responsibilities include inspections, repairs, safety tasks, on-call duties, records keeping, and collaboration with staff and outside contractors.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of general maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct monthly preventive maintenance inspections at agency sites.
• Perform general maintenance and repair on designated facilities.
• Monitor repair status and budget with supervisor.
• Maintain agency equipment and tools in safe condition.
• Inform supervisor of health and safety issues.
• Participate in on-call system and respond as needed.
• Maintain records, logs, and reports and attend trainings.
• Assist in grounds cleanup and snow removal as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Licensing/CARF/ACA audits.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with staff and contractors.
• Perform other duties as directed.
