Job summary

A dynamic organization in supply chain management is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Olde West Chester, Ohio. This role focuses on ensuring a safe working environment and efficient operation of facility equipment. Responsibilities include scheduling preventive maintenance and overseeing repairs. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of safety regulations, experience in facility maintenance, and proficiency in CMMS software. Competitive pay of $31.25-$33.00 per hour along with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in safety coordination and/or facility maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred; First Aid/CPR, NFPA, or other relevant certifications a plus.
• Self-directed and works independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule regular preventive maintenance for facility equipment.
• Oversee work orders and ensure timely repair of breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and manage inventory of supplies.

Skills

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.)

Working knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS software

Education

High school diploma or GED required

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Facilities Management, or related field preferred

Tools

CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
