Job summary

Zenner & Ritter, located in the heart of Buffalo, NY, is seeking two entry-level, full-time Preventative Maintenance HVAC Technicians. Enjoy an hourly wage of $17-$19 plus commission opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

As an entry-level technician, you will work a full-time schedule with shifts from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, potential overtime or on-call hours, and a tool allowance with a take-home vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent customer service skills a plus.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair heating, cooling, and generator systems at customer sites.
• Guide customers toward confident decisions about home comfort.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs with dispatch, managers and parts team.
• Keep truck inventory up-to-date and ensure certifications are maintained.
• Present yourself professionally in all interactions.
• Cross-train to include tankless water heaters and standby generators.
