Schedule

This HVAC Maintenance Technician position works full‑time with alternative schedules between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM, plus opportunities for overtime and on‑call hours. Technicians begin their day by reporting to a central location before heading out to job sites.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

As an entry‑level HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will maintain and repair heating, cooling, and generator systems, ensuring customers' comfort and safety. You will collaborate with dispatch, management, and parts teams to tackle maintenance tasks efficiently while keeping your truck stocked and organized. From diagnosing issues to helping customers make informed decisions, your role is pivotal in providing top‑notch service.
