Miraval Austin Resort and Spa seeks a dedicated Preventative Maintenance Engineer C to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and guest-ready. You’ll lead proactive maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, and hotel systems, delivering high reliability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of building maintenance experience (hotel experience preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation, maintenance and repair of hotel equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, ice machines, refrigeration, kitchen and laundry equipment, pools and more.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and troubleshoot laundry equipment.
• Respond to work orders and guest requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Document tasks in the work-order system and support engineering leadership on special projects.
