Job summary

Chief Ethanol Fuels, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Administrative Support role in the maintenance department.

The position focuses on coordinating preventive maintenance, supporting the Maintenance Manager to direct priority repairs, and purchasing and maintaining maintenance-related inventory. Typical duties include scheduling maintenance with production, creating work orders, ordering consumables, and maintaining a library of equipment photos to aid identification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred
• Strong communication skills across phone, in-person and written methods
• Proficient with basic computer operation and Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with maintenance team and production supervision, generate work orders, and order consumables
• Assist Maintenance Manager in directing high-priority repairs and creating maintenance work orders
• Order maintenance, repair, and operational supplies, evaluate vendors, process receipts and submit to accounting for payment
• Create and maintain a library of component photographs for equipment identification
• Track notes on Weekly Operator Preventive Maintenance Sheets and scan sheets for electronic storage
• Maintain maintenance tools and equipment inventory and keep the tool crib organized
