Job summary

Air Force Civilian Service is seeking a full-time Prevention Coordination Specialist to lead integrated prevention and resilience initiatives at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. You will develop and deliver programs, coordinate training, and work with installation partners to drive impact for Airmen and civilian employees.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in behavioral or social science, four years of related experience, and the ability to obtain DoD credentialing within 90 days.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral or social science or related field.
Four years of related experience in behavioral or social sciences.
Ability to obtain DoD credentialing within 90 days.
Strong knowledge of prevention and resilience practices.
Experience designing and delivering training programs.
Ability to lead committees and teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver integrated prevention and resilience programs.
Deliver training and outreach to support installation populations.
Collaborate with installation partners and stakeholders.
Lead and chair committees and working groups.
