Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier seeks a Prevention Coordinator to support SAP and Suicide Prevention programs for NG Bureau and ARNG units. You will manage training coordination, data entry in DAMIS/ALURRT, and quarterly briefings for state and national audiences.

The role requires strong briefing skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage schedules and data for resilience initiatives across military and civilian contexts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated instructing and briefing skills across audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and metric development.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide quarterly information briefings on state/national SAP and suicide prevention.
• Input SAP/SP data into DAMIS/ALURRT within 48 hours of receipt.
• Report all SAP/SP training within 48 hours of completion.
• Input assessment/referral and treatment data into DAMIS within 24 hours.
• Coordinate SAP and SP training for Service members and ARNG units as required.
