Oklahoma Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services seeks a Senior Prevention Program Manager to lead statewide prevention initiatives from its Central Office in Oklahoma City, with responsibility for fiscal and programmatic oversight of school-based MTSS, higher education prevention services, and faith-based programs.

The role requires a Master’s degree plus 2+ years of professional experience, with supervisory and budget oversight capabilities, in a dynamic state government

Qualifications

• Master's degree and two years of professional experience;
• Or a bachelor’s degree and three years of professional experience;
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiscal and programmatic activities for statewide prevention services.
• Ensure compliance with ODMHSAS standards and best practice requirements in managing and delivering care.
