Job summary

Together for Youth is seeking an Assistant Director to oversee all aspects of the Prevention program, including administration, planning, supervision, and program development. You will lead staff, coordinate training, hire and evaluate personnel, manage time cards, and ensure on-call coverage as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MSW or master's degree in related field is required.
• 5-7 years of experience working with children and families.
• Demonstrated supervisory/management experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff, including coaching and staff development.
• Coordinate on-call coverage as needed.
• Ensure delivery of services to youth and families per contracts and state mandates.
• Monitor and mitigate risks; maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Develop and monitor program budget and ensure expenses stay within limits.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and external providers; collaborate across departments.
• Represent the program in marketing efforts as needed.
