Job summary

Woodspring Suites Greensboro - High Point is seeking a Concord Leader to oversee on-site maintenance at our Greensboro, NC property. You will perform routine repairs, manage preventative maintenance tasks, and support guest satisfaction through timely responses.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, leading a small team, and upholding safety standards while driving a Great Place to Work culture. Benefits include medical/dental, 401(k), tuition assistance, and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.

Description

As a Concord Leader you will be responsible to:

• Assist with laundry and stripping rooms
• Conduct daily preventative maintenance on rooms. Each room must be PM'ed 4 times a year.
• Create great vendor relations with outside vendors to ensure property is maintained.
• Encourage and support team members to reach their full potential.
• Create a work environment that is a Great Place to Work for all.
• Lead with integrity, transparency, respect, and professionalism.
• Care for your team and their families.
