WoodSpring Suites Greensboro is seeking an on-site Concord Leader to oversee routine maintenance and preventative tasks across the property in Greensboro, NC. You will manage repairs, safety checks, and collaborate with the Chief Engineer on building projects to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a similar role.

Description

As a Concord Leader you will be responsible to:

• Assist with laundry and stripping rooms
• Conduct daily preventative maintenance on rooms. Each room must be PM'ed 4 times a year.
• Create great vendor relations with outside vendors to ensure property is maintained.
• Encourage and support team members to reach their full potential.
• Create a work environment that is a Great Place to Work for all.
• Lead with integrity, transparency, respect, and professionalism.
• Care for your team and their families.
