Essential Job Functions

• Work as a team to complete procedures
• Observe safety rules and regulations
• Provide vehicle services, including checking and changing fluids, filters, and tire pressure
• Perform specialized services like transmission, differential, and radiator work
• Record customer and maintenance information accurately
• Deliver prompt, courteous customer service and explain services
• Recommend additional services and answer customer questions
• Process payments and maintain a clean work environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must be able to read and write English and complete the Lube Technician training. Automotive experience is helpful but not required. Ability to operate equipment and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers is essential. Physical mobility and the ability to reach overhead, bend, stretch, and walk are required.

Scope of Position

This role reports to the Manager and Assistant Manager, with no direct supervisory responsibilities. The position involves rotating through various duties, including upper and lower bay work, greeting, and cashiering.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a garage environment, with exposure to heavy equipment, slick surfaces, and temperature variations.
