Job summary

The Technician will service mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshoot PLCs, calibrate pneumatic components, and maintain detailed maintenance records while collaborating with operations to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment.
• Solid understanding of relay logic, PLCs, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70E standards and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, including production equipment and plant utilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, control circuits, and equipment, including three-phase motors and PLCs.
• Calibrate and maintain pneumatic systems and other mechanical components to ensure peak performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and scheduled procedures.
• Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes.
• Adhere to safety standards, including NFPA 70E, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
