Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing equipment in peak condition at our Virginia facility. You will own the Upkeep system, coordinate repairs, and ensure production-ready conditions across forklifts, conveyors, and related machinery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mechanical skills—forklifts, conveyors, dock doors, and more.
• Welding and metal fabrication expertise.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Great communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Knowledge of LEAN and 5S practices is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, and web-based systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% when needed.
