RaceTrac Company Overview

Job Description:

The Preventative Maintenance Technician (PMT) is responsible for routine maintenance and upkeep on 20 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region. This individual performs a variety of preventive maintenance tasks at two locations per night and reports any equipment repairs needed via Service Channel.

Responsibilities:

1. Completes 4 hours of preventive maintenance tasks per store at two store locations per night, based on an annual schedule.
2. Maintains inventory of preventive maintenance parts and orders replacements as needed.
3. Acts as the team lead for Pressure Washing Technician and Facility Detail Technician.
4. Serves as the primary driver of the crew vehicle; Pressure Washing Technician is the secondary driver.
5. Assists the Pressure Washing Technician with minor repairs to pressure washing equipment.
6. Maintains stock and installs wear parts to keep washing equipment operational.
7. Orders and maintains a stock of pretreatment chemicals.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work an overnight schedule.
• Good driving record.
• 2+ years of work experience preferred.
• Understanding of the preventive maintenance process for food, beverage, desert, and HVAC/R systems.
