Davidson Hospitality Group is hiring a Preventative Maintenance Engineer at Newport Harbor Island Resort in Newport, Rhode Island. You will perform regular preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure peak performance and guest comfort.

You will inspect and maintain HVAC, boilers, and generators, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with other departments to maintain safety and operations. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Experience in preventive maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, including HVAC systems, boilers, and generators.
