ABOUT THE ROLE

The Prevailing Wage Coordinator supports the company’s prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance program by managing the collection, tracking, and organization of certified payroll and labor compliance documentation across federal and state prevailing wage projects, including projects pursuing IRA tax credits. • Administer LCPtracker and Dili, including project setup, user access, data entry, and reconciling payroll records.
  • Support project and subcontractor onboarding by sending compliance requirement packages, collecting registration documents (such as California DIR registration), and explaining submission procedures and system use.
  • Track compliance deficiencies, notify subcontractors of missing or incomplete items, and follow up until they are resolved.
  • Identify potential compliance issues and elevate them to compliance management for determination.
  • Coordinate regular data submissions to customers and compliance partners, including payroll reports and supporting documentation for tax credit requirements.
  • Maintain compliance dashboards, trackers, and logs for active and completed projects, and prepare data and summaries for management reporting.
  • Assemble and organize documentation for audits, customer reviews, and third-party compliance reviews.
  • Coordinate document requests from third-party compliance monitors, public agencies, unions, and developers, and route compliance questions to management.
  • Maintain compliance files and records in line with federal and state record retention requirements.
  • Partner with Payroll, Operations, Human Resources, and project teams to gather information and resolve documentation issues.
