Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Prevailing Wage Payroll Specialist based in Atlanta, GA or Costa Mesa, CA. You will manage Prevailing Wage compliance for Honeywell Technician and Subcontractors, handle wage determinations, on-time Certified Payroll submissions, and meticulous record keeping under policy.

The role involves reviewing time sheets, calculating benefits, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, and ensuring 100% accuracy of payroll documents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Understand relevant Prevailing Wage laws and coordinate Certified Payroll submissions.
• Compute Prevailing Wage calculations based on project schedules and time sheets.
• Review weekly technician time sheets for accuracy and compliance with wage laws.
• Collaborate with project managers, Payroll, Benefits and Administration on Certified Payroll submissions.
• Complete certified payroll forms for Public Works contracts with 100% accuracy.
