Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Port Madison Reservation, WA, is seeking a Pre-Trial Services Officer to interview defendants, write reports, and recommend release conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least two years’ experience in probation, counseling, or defendant interviewing.
• Two years of discretionary decision-making with limited supervision.
• Ability to work under stress with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Interview defendants and complete screening forms to recommend release conditions.
• Prepare court reports and provide recommendations on release.
• Monitor defendants’ compliance with pretrial release conditions.
• Administer drug/alcohol testing as required.
• Use geo-location tech to track compliance and manage case files.
• Maintain accurate records and case management software.
• Prepare periodic court reports and statistics.
