Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, social sciences or related field.
• Experience: 1 year in criminal justice, social services, probation, corrections or related field.
• Must obtain NCIC certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with criminal background investigations prior to adjudication.
• Implement release and case management plans for defendants.
• Supervise compliance with court-ordered programs and release conditions.
• Conduct brief intake interviews with newly referred defendants.
• Document defendant needs for community support services.
• Provide recommendations for treatment support and referrals.
• Monitor defendant’s compliance using electronic monitoring technology.
• Maintain case files and report non-compliance or violations.
